Integrate milestone contracts, client agreement links, and payment event webhooks directly into your CRM, agency portal, or custom SaaS application.

Authentication

All requests to the SealDeal REST API require a Bearer token or x-api-key header. API access is available to accounts on the Pro or Team plan.

Endpoints

GET/api/v1/contracts

Retrieves a list of your contracts, including milestone progress, client details, signing URLs, and PDF download links.

GET/api/v1/contracts/:id

Returns full details of a specific contract including individual milestone statuses, signer audit records, and timestamped events.

POST/api/v1/contracts

Programmatically creates a new milestone contract and returns the client signing URL immediately.

Real-time Webhook Events

Register your webhook URL in Account Settings to receive real-time HTTP POST notifications when events occur in your account:

contract.signed

Dispatched when a client electronically signs an agreement.

payment.received

Dispatched when a milestone payment is verified and invoiced.

contract.completed

Dispatched when all milestones on a contract are fully settled.
