1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, generating contracts, or signing documents:
- Account Credentials: Name, email address, and encrypted hashed password.
- Account Security Data: Your IP address at account creation, recorded solely to prevent trial and bonus abuse, in addition to the signing evidence listed below.
- Contract Data: Project deliverables, milestone scopes, compensation amounts, and legal names.
- E-Signature Audit Data: Digital signatures, IP addresses at the time of signing, browser user-agents, and cryptographic SHA-256 audit timestamps.
- Aggregated Web Analytics: Cookieless and aggregated visit and traffic-channel metrics collected via Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which channels visitors come from without tracking individual users or personal identities.
2. How We Use Your Information
We utilize collected information strictly to:
- Provide, maintain, and execute binding digital contracts between you and your counterparties.
- Generate tamper-evident PDF receipts and agreements.
- Send critical transactional notices (verification codes, signing notifications).
- Prevent fraudulent trial abuse and unauthorized access.
3. Data Retention & Your Rights
Under global data privacy frameworks (including GDPR and CCPA), you retain the right to access, export, or delete your account data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. When an account is terminated, all associated personal records are permanently erased, subject to mandatory legal compliance records.

SealDeal utilizes strictly functional cookies required for secure session authentication and anti-abuse protection. We do not employ third-party tracking pixels or ad retargeting networks.
